Located on I-40

Lake Conway is located about 30-minutes away from Little Rock. The 6,700-acre Lake Conway resulted from the damming of Palarm Creek in 1951. The residents around Lake Conway can find the Conway Regional Health System, Walmart, shops, and many restaurants nearby.

Its 52 miles of shoreline has a balanced ratio of homes, docks, and tall trees. The waters have an average depth of six feet but reach depths of 18 feet. In Little Rock, there is the Bill and Hillary Clinton National Airport, a nightlife scene, and tourist attractions.

Lake Recreation

Lake Conway offers a variety of lake activities, including boating, swimming, and canoeing, with fishing being the most popular.

The nursery pond connected to the lake helps maintain its healthy stock of bass, bream, catfish, pickerel, crappie, trout, and bluegill. You will have great fishing around the partially covered stumps, logs, and trees around the lake that attract fish.

You will find plenty of enjoyment picnicking, hammocking, or relaxing on the dock from the shore. Visit the nearby Beaverfork Lake for a busier location known for its wide range of water recreation.

Toad Suck Daze is a three-day family festival that features concerts, carnival rides, food vendors, shopping, and the legendary World Championship Toad Races.
